Please consult the care label attached to each garment for specific instructions tailored to that particular item.
JERSEY
Evertrail Supply's jersey garments are made using the finest quality yarns, resulting in luxurious fabrics that provide both comfort and durability. To help maintain the quality and extend the lifespan of your jersey pieces, we recommend following certain care practices.
It is best to wash these garments inside out on a gentle, cool wash cycle to protect the fabric and colours. After washing, lay the garment flat to dry, ensuring it is kept away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. If ironing is necessary, always iron on the reverse side, avoiding any printed areas or logos to preserve their appearance. Many of our jersey items undergo specialised dyeing and printing techniques designed to give them a vintage aesthetic, which means each piece is unique with subtle colour variations. Adhering to these care guidelines will help you enjoy your product for a longer period.
DENIM
Our denim collection is crafted with longevity in mind, using high-quality materials and various dyeing techniques that ensure each piece is one of a kind. These processes contribute to the distinctive look and character of every denim garment.
Because of the dyeing methods employed, some residual dye may remain in the fibres, especially in our black and indigo denim shades. This means that the denim can sometimes bleed colour onto lighter fabrics or upholstery, which is a natural characteristic of denim dyeing. We advise you to be cautious when wearing denim with light-coloured items.
For washing, turn the garment inside out and use a cold wash cycle to protect the metal hardware and any design details. Iron on the reverse side, steering clear of prints and logos, and dry the denim flat away from direct sunlight to maintain its shape and colour. Please note that the leather patch on the waistband will naturally age and develop character over time.
KNITWEAR
Our knitwear is made from premium quality yarns, but these garments are inherently delicate and susceptible to snagging and pilling. To keep your knitwear looking its best, it is important to handle it with care.
Knitwear generally requires less frequent washing; spot cleaning with a mild detergent is often sufficient for minor stains. If a full wash is necessary, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a gentle detergent. When drying, reshape the garment by hand while it is still damp and lay it flat on a towel to absorb excess moisture and prevent distortion. To avoid stretching, always store your knitted items flat rather than hanging them.
LEATHER GARMENTS
Our leather garments are carefully curated from high-quality materials, and each piece features unique shades and textures characteristic of genuine leather. Hairy leathers may shed fibres naturally as they loosen with wear. To clean, use a soft cloth gently. Suede leather requires extra caution as it is prone to colour transfer, especially in damp conditions. For professional cleaning, we recommend taking your leather items to a specialist. Some leathers undergo distinctive dyeing processes that may affect their appearance over time. To preserve your leather garments, store them on padded hangers, keep them out of direct sunlight, and place them in garment bags when not in use.
OUTERWEAR
Certain outerwear pieces are made with water-repellent fabrics and finishes designed to resist snagging; however, these treatments do not make the garments completely impervious to damage. Because some fabrics are delicate, please handle your outerwear with care. We recommend washing on a cool cycle using mild detergent or spot cleaning when necessary. After washing, allow the garment to air dry by hand, away from direct sunlight. Periodically shake the item to prevent down or filling from clumping in one area, ensuring even distribution and maintaining the garment’s insulation.
JEWELLERY
Please handle jewellery with care to maintain its condition. Remove jewellery before washing your hands or applying perfumes and creams, as these substances can damage the finish. If cleaning is required, gently pat the jewellery with a soft cloth rather than rubbing. To keep your jewellery in pristine condition, store it in the dust bag provided when not in use.
LEATHER ACCESSORIES
We advise storing leather bags in their original dust bags to protect them from dust and damage. Hairy leather accessories may shed fibres naturally as they loosen with wear; cleaning with a soft brush will help maintain their appearance. Suede accessories are particularly sensitive to colour transfer, so please exercise caution when wearing them in damp conditions to avoid staining.
