To initiate a return or an exchange, please start by visiting our dedicated Returns Portal available on our website. There, you will find clear, step-by-step instructions to help you register the item you wish to return. During this process, you will have the option to choose whether you prefer to receive a refund or to request an exchange for another item.
After you have sent your return, once it arrives at our facility and its status is updated to “Received by Retailer,” our warehouse team will carry out a comprehensive inspection. This is to ensure that the item complies with our return eligibility criteria, which helps us maintain quality and fairness in our return process.
Please allow up to 10 working days from the date your return is officially marked as “Received by Retailer” for us to process your refund. Once the refund has been successfully completed, you will receive a confirmation email informing you that the refund has been issued.
In the case of exchanges, your replacement item will be dispatched only after your returned item has been processed and approved by our warehouse team. Should the item you requested for exchange no longer be available in stock, we will automatically issue a refund to your original payment method, ensuring you are not left out of pocket.
