Simply enter your order number along with the email address you used when placing the order, then follow the step-by-step instructions provided on the portal to complete your return request.
What Items Are Eligible for Return?
To qualify for a return, items must meet certain conditions to ensure they are in a resellable state. Firstly, the items should be unworn and unwashed, as we cannot accept returns of used or laundered products. Secondly, the items must be in their original condition, meaning they should be free from damage, stains, or alterations, and include all original tags and packaging. Lastly, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date, unless otherwise specified in the product details or promotional terms.
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, the Returns Portal provides an option for you to report these issues directly, allowing us to address the problem promptly.
What Happens After You Submit a Return Request?
Once your return request has been submitted through the portal, the process continues as follows:
Firstly, a return shipping label will be generated for you to print. This label covers the cost of returning the item to us. Next, you simply need to package the item securely and send it back to our returns centre using the provided label. Upon receiving the returned item, our team will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. We will then proceed to either refund your original payment or send an exchange, depending on your preference. Please note that returns typically take between five to seven business days to process from the time we receive the item.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, for example, to swap for a different size or colour, you can do this easily within the Returns Portal. Once we receive the original item, we will dispatch the new item to you without unnecessary delay.
