Once you have sent your items back to us, you can expect to receive your refund within seven working days from the date the items arrive at our warehouse. It is important to understand that if your item status is marked as 'returned to HUB', this does not indicate that the item has reached our warehouse yet. Instead, it means the item has arrived at the Rebound sorting facility. Please be aware that it may take up to fourteen days for your return to be delivered from the sorting facility to our warehouse. In the event that you have not received your refund within this specified timeframe, we kindly ask you to contact us by sending an email to support@evertrailsupply.com so that we can promptly investigate the matter and assist you further.
If you wish to return items from multiple orders, it is essential that you log each order separately as an individual return through our returns portal. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept or process multiple returns from different orders combined into a single return at our returns facility. Therefore, to ensure smooth processing and avoid any delays, please make sure to submit a separate return request for each order you intend to return.
